Why?
We live in a world where there are distractions at every turn. Through social networking apps, mobile gaming, text messaging, and music, your smartphone, in particular, may give you hours of entertainment. As a result, resisting the calls of procrastination is much more difficult than it used to be. Procrastination is commonly perceived as a guilt-ridden character flaw that almost all students share. The trouble is, from an evolutionary standpoint, this is exactly what we should expect to happen.
